Guided breathing with gentle pacing to help My Oxygen reset and feel calm.

How To Follow

  1. Keep tongue relaxed and shoulders soft.
  2. Match your breath to the circle movement.
  3. Stay for at least 6 rounds if possible.
  4. If overwhelmed, shorten the hold and keep exhale gentle.

Reminder: You do not need perfect breathing. You only need slower breathing.
